you may not have a problem today but overtime, there is escalation and it turns into a whole 'who baited who' thing.

I could always point back to this, whether it's locked or not, though. It never did any good in the past, so I wouldn't. I'm perfectly fine with a thread where all the members tell me all about myself. None of it bothers me, and if it does, you'll be the first to know.

The thread was deemed as an attempt to generate negative posts about you. This type of personal baiting/attack is against our rules and something we want to avoid.

The fact that you don't care makes no difference. An attack or an attempt to bait a member is what it is regardless of the other person's opinion on the post, and since it's against our rules, it will be closed even if you aren't offended.

If you wish to have a thread where people tell you about yourself, you can create one, and so long as it doesn't degenerate into a personal attack filled mess, it will remain open.

Then since you guys are keeping it locked, it looks like Mavvy has won another majority vote here at KJ, with the popular theory being that I am as great as I think I am. :cool:

I'll try hard to hold up that reputation that has been bestowed on me by the KJ faithful! :D
