Post subject:  Problems with Forum Yesterday and Today
Some of you may have noticed the forum slow down yesterday around the evening time but fix itself back up sometime later. The problem wasn't solved right then but we've received assurances that it should fix soon.

The problem was a script that was running (and detected in time thank God) that was trying to mess with the boards. The slow down was a result of that but the bigger problem was that the script tried to change user passwords.

If you are having trouble logging in, contact me (arsalan@worldofkj.com) and i'll try to revert your password. We've been told that the script will be cleaned out in the next 2 hours.

I've been seeing a slow down for the past 3 weeks myself. Whether it be pages not loading or loading 30 seconds or longer after I've clicked an action button. This is crazy. BOM loads way faster right now. It seems like I'm running 56k even though I've used dsl and cable.

Unless you have a premier pass or some sort of malware that is completely impossible.

i dont know if the problem was fixed of not but when i post it takes a long time for the page to load...especilly when there long posts
