Post subject:  Avatar problems
I don't nkow if it's just me or if alot of others have this problem. Maybe I just don't know the easy way to fix it!

Almost every single time I want to change my avatar and place a link to a picture it either say the file is too big, the pic is too big or the file needs to be a .gif or.jpg when it is!!

How do I fix these problems on the spot? I ALWAYS have this problem and never do anything about it and get stuck with an avatar I don't want anymore!

Here is the latest one I have been trying to put as an avatar...

Raffiki, there are limits as to the size of the avatar you can post.

Get an account on Photobucket (http://www.photobucket.com) and upload the picture to the account. Copy the link and in your profile it has an option to "Link to Outside Image", paste the link on that line and then submit it.

Yeah when ones too big I usually shrink it in paint or whatever then upload to Photobucket.

Raffiki, use this image link [http://img318.imageshack.us/img318/2782/aliasraffiki7ki.jpg]and "LINK TO EXTERNAL IMAGE" in your avatar.

I animated mine with Adobe Image Ready, But i find it annoying.
