If you're not having fun at WoKJ, just leave. It's not worth it to be a member and constantly fight or argue.

I'm not having fun here anymore.

When people say things like above, and then they don't honor their word because of special treatment, it pretty much kills the good times for me. Christ, I was banned for swearing. (and accused of calling those who receive special treatment names)

I'll take your advice and take my leave.

I think my thoughts on Mav are mostly known, needless to say I would support a longer-term banning. I'm surprised KJ has bent the rules for him so much, considering it says by the 3rd or 4th banning you're supposed to be gone for 6 months+, let alone more than 1 week as he gets time after time.

Eh, the banning structure typically goes:

1 Week
1 Week
2 Weeks
2 Weeks
1 Month
1 Month
3 Months
3 Months
6 Months
6 Months

But, that's really just been in my head. Probably my fault for never making it known, but the fact is, we take time between bannings into account, as well as severity of offenses and how much we feel the member can change, so the scale is never the same for every member.

In general, I don't feel moving up the scale is required unless the poster is just continuously a problem, with no attempt, not even for a few weeks, to modify their behavior to fit the rules.

Hey! That sounds like the Patented Bradley Witherberry Banning Scale®!

The cycles between Mav's outbreaks are getting smaller and smaller to...sigh...

Banning is a less severe punishment than being dissected in a thread like this...
