Exactly a year ago from the last trouble we had another hiccup, at first a firewall issue and then what looked to be a forum crash. We got through the first one with the help of the same guy that bailed us out when I made a nuclear mistake year ago, but the crash afterwards looked bad after the initial systems repairs didn't appear to be working, and when I had started to feel low and questioning how far we'd have to back up to, in a miracle the forum started working again. The cost is not as much as last year but between a small amount to our network administrator friend and signing up for one month of the control panel (We go the rest of the year without it to save about 40 dollars a month - worth it overall, but has caught up to us a few times) it hit us for about 70 dollars. It would be nice to hit this target with donations, and if we exceed it that'd help too as we pay about 50 dollars a month as is. Any help would be appreciated. Also - a big thanks to Shack who carriers the burden of getting the site back up and running. Not easy and very time consuming. |

Any other methods of donations to eliminate/reduce the 5% fees? Not sure if it has to do with foreign transactions/exchange for sending from US. |

The current wokj account was created by Jack (Singapore), we should look into changing that at some point, I also have to pay a fee when transferring. This might just be my computer, but for some reason whenever I try to post here using Google Chrome the browser will just freeze. It works perfectly fine on other browsers though. Am on Avast right now. I use safari on my phone and have not had any issues either. |

That outage was due to issues with our service provider, Nocix. The problem was on their end. Fortunately it wasn’t long lasting. |

We're having some issues right now with the forum being slower or stalling, my theory was it had something to do with automatic backups taking up too much space, it's also plausible it's not on our end after the server host had power issue a few weeks ago. I will look into it the next few days. |
