Since these movies take several years to make that would imply Disney knows who is going to win the election in advance. Is this Trumps new plan? To suggest that Mickey Mouse was the one who stole the election from him?

Bush Senior kind of puts a damper on that. Also Eisenhower had Cinderella, Alice, Peter Pan, Lady and Tramp, Sleeping Beauty.

Does it say something that Disney animation began its reign under FDR? Probably not. The films are usually more a product of the times and in many ways Disney's own economic goals. Even the Yankees sucked in the 70s and 80s.

Cinderella and Alice were under Truman, but I purposefully started at Kennedy due to this haha.
