Fincher doesn't have good luck when it comes to sequels. Still hate that we never got to see another Dragon Tattoo film directed by him.

Always hate to see a good director waste so much time on a project that doesn’t happen. That being said, WWZ would be a better HBO show than movie.

Wow, that's a good point. The nature of the book just does not lend itself to a successful big screen adaptation (which I knew as soon as they announced the one with Brad Pitt... it was going to suck). Would work much better as an anthology-type TV show (that I probably wouldn't watch anyway because I struggle to watch any dramatic TV series).
