The nature of the book just does not lend itself to a successful big screen adaptation (which I knew as soon as they announced the one with Brad Pitt... it was going to suck). Would work much better as an anthology-type TV show (that I probably wouldn't watch anyway because I struggle to watch any dramatic TV series). _________________ how am I not myself?
