I love Alba, the only one of those I was ever able to see in person, but I never saw the FF films so feel hard to judge and Janssen is a great Jean Grey, but just doesn't make my top 3.

Are we talking the as the character, not the actress? For me of all time Catherine Zeta Jones and Kristy Swanson from The Phantom together sounds like the best time ever.

In that case I might have to start the one that really started the ass kicking females.
