I wasn't talking about Depp's or Heard's point of view or what they are/were doing to each other in media. I was talking about how it was perceived before (one sided) and with this new information it doesn't look entirely like a #MeToo or violence against women case alone (even though it still stays under domestic violence category).

From my experience in cases like these both parties are guilty to a certain degree and there is no way to judge either to be "more" guilty. Courts however will judge based on evidence and apparently its taking them time to give out a ruling against either of the parties so I guess evidence is decent but inconclusive by both of them.
