I definitely didn't imagine Sly would follow-up an Oscar nomination for Creed with a DTV (well, at least in the US) Escape Plan sequel. He works in mysterious ways. |

But I would have thought a man with a career spanning 40 years would be sufficiently secure in his finances to not affect his project choice. |

Steven C. Miller will direct. He's the guy behind a few flicks, including Marauders. I think he's pretty bad. |

Yeah. Not great. Marauders had some cool elements but overall was just average. It's not the direction you go to see when paying to see this type of film anyway. |

It wouldn't make any sense for Arnold to return, unless he helps them break out. I mean you can't have Stallone being double crossed and no one knows who he is again. Also if any prison never heard of this guy before, they definitely heard of him after the major lawsuit he won as a result of it. They said China is a major factor for this film. Maybe Stallone will finally do his life long dream of doing a film with friend Jackie Chan. |

He's not great, but he's a well known name. According to IMDB it's budget is $20mil, which should make this profitable as I think $100mil worldwide will be a given. |

He'll most likely have Vinnie Jones's role from the first. But it doesn't matter. All they need is either Arnold or Sly. Preferably both. 50 Cent will obviously be back if they need him. |
