He was in training for The Expendables 3. I guess he kept it up afterwards. Although he's always had a good muscular base to him. |

He deserves a major comeback. Sadly it won't be easy. I'd love it if a Tarantino or Scorsese gave him a meaty supporting role in one of their films. |

Tarantino is such a cunt. Why not give Mel a fucking chance? At one point, I thought Tarantino liked getting has-been lead actors for his films. He helped Travolta when he needed it. Then there's David Carradine and Daryl Hannah. He even helped out Pam Grier! He gives tons of roles to Samuel L. Jackson and Michael fucking Madsen. Why not Mel Gibson?? Mel has twice the talent of Travolta, and I love Travolta. |

The Viking film would be excellent, but it's been quiet for a few years now. He was also talking about a World War II film called Hacksaw Ridge. I will be happy with either of those being made by Mel. Hopefully he hasn't lost the passion for directing and attention to detail he had in 2005. |
