Sort of a random topic, but felt like pointing this out. Just for the heck of it. I noticed an unusual number of actors currently have multiple films out right now (mostly due to a certain recent comedy bomb). Thread can be used to post other times when an actor has been in several current films. Right now (in rough order of box office rank): Jessica Chastain: Mama Zero Dark Thirty Hugh Jackman: Les Mis Movie 43 Rise of the Guardians Emma Stone: Gangster Squad Movie 43 Russel Crowe: Les Mis Broken City Johnny Knoxville: The Last Stand Movie 43 Kevin James: Here Comes the Boom Hotel Transylvania Jennifer Lopez: Parker Ice Age: CD Paul Rudd: This is 40 Perks of Being a Wallflower Christopher Mintz-Plasse: Pitch Perfect Movie 43 John Goodman: Argo Monsters Inc (3D) Flight Billy Crystal: Parental Guidance Monsters Inc (3D) Naomi Watts: Movie 43 The Impossible Jude Law: Anna Karenina Rise of the Guardians Probably missed a couple but am not not going check all the little films. |

Now I'm wondering what the record is. Jackman has done four once with the aid of voice acting: The Fountain Happy Feet Flushed Away The Prestige http://boxofficemojo.com/weekend/chart/ ... =47&p=.htm (all in the top 20!) I wonder if anyone ever had five, where at least one was a starring role? |

DiCaprio was in Titanic and Man in the Iron Mask - one two at the BO in 98. Then in GONY and CMIYC at Christmas 02. |
