I don't think that necessarily means a delay. Depending on how long the scene actually was and how much they need to reshoot, they could still make it in time for a September 7 release. I guess we'll see.

Honestly? Really this is fucking overreacting.

All of these changes is acknowledging the impact of this insane ass. The sooner we forget about him the better.

Hundreds of people have worked hard on this project and now it has to be changed because of an immature, idiotic piece of shit?

The media needs to take a chill pill. Have a special on the victims acknowledging their beautiful lives but relegate the attention whore's life and times to a line.

I don't think we need to find out more about him.

So fucking beyond pathetic.

Yes, let's pretend executives have souls and hearts now and that all movies from this day forward will be harmless, inoffensive and safe for anyone that's ever heard of or seen any bad thing ever for all times.

I can't wait for the Bin Laden movie re-shoots that take out all the violence and association with 9/11 since their were victims there as well.

The film has been booted from September 7th and a release date in January is being considered.

It's long been clear the studio isn't overly fond of this movie, at least not as more than a commercial film. The move to early September was away from the heart of Oscar season. They have more faith in Argo.

I know it's embarrassing considering the pedigree, but maybe they should just release it on the first Friday of January against Texas Chainsaw 3-D. Later in the month, it'll run into Broken City (crime drama with Russell Crowe and Mark Wahlberg) and The Last Stand (an action film featuring Arnold in his first post-gubernatorial lead role).
