I have seen far too many lame superhero movies in the past five years and I'm not going to take it anymore! I will not be going to watch The Avengers, and I'm starting a club for all the other right-thinking KJer's out there. Who's in? (Stay tuned for my upcoming 'The "I'm Not Watching The Dark Knight Rises" Club'!) |

Lol Put me into the I have no interest in watching any other film in a theater apart from the Avengers and TDKR club... Likley a lot of them outside of the internet...

Considering Avengers is likely one of the better films of the year so far, I think this is a silly club. |

It's good to see that membership in this club is finally beginning to grow as the initial wave of hype recedes. Reading some of the bitter comments in this thread demonstrates that the Stockholm Syndrome has infected many people as they begin to identify with their captors. The power of marketing departments to kidnap the will of weak-minded proles to the point they cannot even imagine the purpose of the existence of this club is truly saddening.

who is joining? the last few people said they are going to watch it anyways. When a film becomes such a big hit, everyone usually watches it sometime in theaters or on Home Video, or on a computer or on TV. |
