Guess there really shooting for gritty realism in this, but not bad for a rebooted videogame adaptation. Looks like alot of thought put into it.. FATALITY!!!!!!!!!!! :death:

OMG OMG OMG!.. I love the Mortal Kombat movies, there sooo bad but damn good at the same time! (My guilty pleasures).

THis looks really awesome. If this is somehow made, i seriously cant wait!.

I actually think that looks pretty cool. Though Im not sure if I buy it. Michael Jaleel White in a fighting movie and he doesn't fight?

That was a lot of footage if it is part of a movie isn't it? Wasn't anything worse than in the previous movies, but MK is really not too relevant anymore.

It's not part of a movie. It was Kevin Tancharoen trying to sell himself to Warner Bros., so he made a concept short for $7k.

How did he get White for that amount? He's not that good of a MTV director.

According to Tancharoen, they shot over two days on a couple RED cameras then started post-production in early April and most people donated their time.

The new Mortal Kombat reboot has a director: Simon McQuoid. He has 0 directing credits to his name, so expect another shit film. He's made a few TV commercials, though.
