Justin Marks who wrote Supermax (the Green Arrow prison film) is now writing Suicide Squad, the Dirty Dozen of DC comics. Supervillains have included those from Batman, Superman, and The Flash comics.

So now we have two DC films being produced that revolve around supervillains. Makes little sense to me.
