This is definitely a fake. Its The Sun afterall.

No way would Nolan hire Eddie Murphy or let slip the ending. And it wont end on a cliffhanger either.

This comment from a user whose name is Ratedrkid at BOM made me laugh.

Quote:
If this is true I'm really excited for the new Batman movie. I personally think that Shia is perfect to play Robin and Eddie Murphy as Riddler can outshine Ledger as The Joker.

Here's more Q/A from Nolan about a 3rd movie.. My impression at the moment is that he's positively sick and tired of the whole thing and probably wishes people would simply shut up about it cause I'll tell ya what's going to happen: WB is going to let this whole TDK thing go to their heads forcing Nolan's hand at speeding this up for a rushed 3rd movie resulting in SM3 type of suckage and all cause of GREED.. Even moreso is the fact that through the course of time, it could also cause a small minor backlash toward TDK in questioning whether the movie REALLY was that good cause they'll be so sick of hearing about it and wonder whether a 3rd movie is worth it for the time being or not??

I just got an excited text message about this from a friend. Does no one have a bullshit detector anymore?

shia as robin would be very, very hot, and I would be totally, totally there. hopefully someone in casting is stupid enough for this to happen.

umm...Eddie Murphy was totally the second best part of Dreamgirls...and I could totally see them bringing a Motown vibe to the next Batman Begins film since Chicago was going to shits in #1 and #2 and therefore on its way to becoming the next Detroit.

LOLz

Seriously, though, that would not necessarily be bad casting. Eddie Murphy is a talented man, literacy issues aside.

If Eddie Murphy even got in the same room as Nolan, I would punch him in the face.

How about Martin Lawrence as Riddler? I heard he's in if Eddie is bounced.

Actually, if Nolan insists on going down the comedians who haven't really been relevant since the '80s route, I believe Dan Ackroyd would be next in line. Followed by James Belushi.

How about John Malkovich as The RIDDLER?? Remember the Clint Eastwood movie "In The Line Of Fire"?? He was brilliant in that and could easily play this character...

Definitely in that order. Belushi atleast had that "fat guy lands good looking wife" TV show for a while. Akroyd has had well, nothing.

Ugh. Fucking Eddie Murphy?
No way in hell. Most retarded gossip news ever.
If they're going for an African-American Riddler there are damn many other choices out there.
I don't really know who right now, but not idiots like Murphy and Lawrence. Don't cast Smith either, doesn't suit Batman.
Kind of what makes Wild Hogs so damn bad I mean, Travolta, Allen and Lawrence in one film.
Also both Murphy and Lawrence make shitty comedies, Norbit anyone?
No one who was in Norbit should ever get a job again. End rant.
