I think it'd be brilliant. Fits in perfectly with the Bale, Ledger, Downey, Jr. choices... go for the talent, not the resemblence or obvious choice.

On a related note, I just found out that Gosling starred as young Hercules in a TV series! LOL

He got better when he started doing movies. He would be a great pic, now they need to cast Sinstro. Also I think they need an older GL to help mentor him maybe John Stewart?
