That looks like some fan made art - circa 1995 and printed on dot matrix printer and scanned in. |

Unfortunately I do.  Back in 95 I did some scanning and manipulation of movie posters for a computing class at high school. Clueless and Apollo 13 were two i recall - and the Avatar one reminds me of the Apollo 13 one. |
