I fear Pacino in Dog Day Afternoon isnt on this list, even with my high vote... way way way not enough people here have seen that movie and performance. Got snubbed from AFI, KJs list, now probably best performances. |

Yes for Ledger. Totally awesome in Brokeback, he made and carried it. Shouldve beat PSH, as much as I love the latter actor. |

Wow, I didn't think Ledger had the support to top Ganz. Another good 2005 choice, though Terrence Howard was my #1 pick for that year. |

#28 Kate Winslet, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind (2004) Two people voted Kate but not Carrey, one the other way, and the rest all had both. One point fewer for Kate, they would've been next to each other on the list. |

Kate!  I think Nicholson should at least make it again for One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, and Gone with the Winfd duo should also be up there (I'm sure they'll have plenty of 21-100 mentions). |

Hmm, thought De Niro in RB would be higher... must be really tough competition. Surprised but agree with his Taxi Driver work getting the leg up on it. |
