ugh.

Bad acting. Bad dialog. Poorly framed shots. The costume is a joke... an assassin my ass. Yeah with all that hair flying around and the nice lipstick to boot. The believablility factor is about zero.

There is absolutely no interest in how the movie is framed.

This is gonna suck!

I'll watch it momentarily. Being a fan of both Jennifer Garner and the character Elektra, I deeply hope this is not another Catwoman. *takes deep breath* I'm going in, with an unbiased opinion.

Hey, Rob Bowman directed this?! He directed a few episodes of The X-Files, as well as the X-Files movie. Again... still waiting to watch this. I hated Catwoman, so I deeply hope it's nothing similar, but I fear the worst.

Doesnt mean anything, because i love Catwoman, yet i think this stinks to high heaven, and i think theyre both similar.

I have to agree with Zing, however my expectations have been lowered just a bit. It probably won't be anywhere near my top 10 of 2005 at the end of the year, but it has potential. It also has potential to be horrible. We'll see next weekend.

As Garner's biggest fan, I have to see the movie whether it sucks or not.

The movie just smells like a Kill Bill rip off. I'll even post some pics to prove it

Let me start by saying like Kill Bill, theres like 5 villians she has to get through. I assume the asian guy in the middle is Bill, the asian lady has Elle Driver's part, the big black guy as Lucy Lui's part, the tattoo guy as Bud, and the little black guy as Veronica Green.

Yeah, it does look similiar, but I don't think that was the directors intention. I'm still going to see it though. :wink:

Nothing by Jackie Chan or Jet Li can beat the scene of the Bride vs. Go Go. That fight was amazing! This is all IMO of course :)

Kill Bill 1 is my second favourite in terms of the martial arts.

I think the movie that is by far the Best is Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon. That fight scene between Xang Zi Yi and Michelle Yeoh was brilliant.

The Bride Vs Go Go was too slow for my taste. And yes I agree with Algren that any of Jackie and Jet's scenes in Hong Kong blows Kill Bill fights scene out of the water
