A bit of Veronica Mars and a taste of Scream in the middle of Wisteria Lane. It was intense. The trailer looks like it reveals a lot, but it's the intensity and unpredictability that makes this awesome. I recommend, and you know I have great taste. |

I saw the trailer for this the other day and thought it actually looked good. It looks like an interesting, modern and believable take on Rear Window. |

The first 5 minutes is WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I've never jumped that high for a long time. ... A word of caution, if you hate product placement then I don't recommend this. It's milked to the core. |

Seems to be getting good reviews but is this seemly kid-driven movie just a re-tread of previous adult movies we have already seen. No answer needed as I will find out when I see it. But at least, David Morse looks creepy as the villain. |

If your not convinced, buy a ticket and stay for 5 minutes. If the opening act doesn't convince you, then leave and see something else. |

I want to see it, because I heard really good advance word. Looks like that may have been justified. The screenwriter also wrote Red Eye, which is an excellent example of a brisk, fast-paced thriller. |

For awhile I thought I was watching Laguna Beach or something, because it is quite funny early on. |

You must've loved it because Hilary Duff made a cameo! |

Actually the token Asian guy is worth the price of the ticket alone. Hilary would of made this even more enjoyable. Saying "perhaps" in Spanish is hilarious. |

I loved Disturbia. The best thing about it is that it mixes suspense, humour and romance effectively and doesnt run out of steam like some of these thrillers tend to do. It reminded me of a strange mix of Rear Window and Monster House. Its not perfect but its MUCH better than most other teen thrillers and dare I say thrillers in general. And yes the first 5 mins are great. The build up throught is tense. The humour (yes token Asian guy is fantastic!) works and so too does the romance/teen element. And Davide Morse is quietly menacing. |

I would've never thought that I could really anticipate a teenage surburbia version of Rear Window starring Shia Lebouf, but the trailers and advertising have sold me. Looking forward to it quite a bit. |

Looking forward to it quite a bit. The surprisingly stellar reviews have sold me. It's at 82% right now on RT, something I never would have seen coming. |

What's with all of the anti-Shia LeBouf stuff, I think he is an underated acter. |

That's what makes him so good, he isn't some processed acter like 70% of them and have that boring old look. (Bale, Whalberg, Pitt, Afleck, Damon, Crowe, Cazievel, Jackmon, etc) He is more of a Nicholson or Hopkins or DeNiro, back when Acters had looks. That si why I like Hanks, Depp, and Leo the most from this generation (well Leo is kind of younger than those two) because they have a look. |
