WOW!! :shock: Looking pretty cool and intense I'd say.. It definitely mirrors Return of the Jedi's Throne Room Lightsaber Battle between Vader and Luke... I'm also amazed at how many posters nitpick and ciomplain about thyis as though their surprised by this to.. :lol: Christ, can't Lucas please anyone anymore or what?? It seems no matter how hard he tries to please the fans they still bitch about it.. Talk about ungreatful.. At any rate, I think they look cool so enjoy them..

Well, I guess they look all right in that deja vu twilight zone-esque way. I'm not going to nitpick the effects, it looks pretty decent, I do think its a bit heavy on the fall and redemption metaphore to place his descent into the clutches of the dark side in the exact space space he will later see the light again. That;s milking that for a little more than its worth.

Good pic though, I was worried about too much fx, but this seems fairly grounded and thought through.

Yeah, I see that.. Can anyone post this pic??? I guess I'm easier to please than the SW Masses are in interpreting how they think it should end or go down VS George Lucas's vision and if this is the reaction were getting now from the fans, then I'll bet this film gets torn to shreds when it comes out.. Again, too much buildup and expectations on how things should go are going to ruin this movie.. I sort of feel sorry for Lucas in that respect, but certainly not his wealth he's accumulated from it.. :lol:

I've been disappointed with Lucas in the past two prequels but I think he'll come through in this last one. I trust him with the last Star Wars.

550 Million??? Domestically or Worldwide??? Not that I have any room to talk since I predicted 500 Milion for AOTC, but I don't know.. I suppose in this World, anything is possible including Batman Begins being a disappointment...
