Wow, personally attacking someone for not liking what you like. Classy. That's what Tyler accused me of but of course he won't peep a word now coz Libs is pro Toy Story. lol come on. When 135 people have reviewed the film positively and 0 have not, I think it's fair to comment on the first negative review as being contrarian just to stir stuff up. Anyway, weren't you that person who was so obsessed with Avatar? That's what I thought.

 Re: Toy Story on RT
Libs covered it basically. But he doesn't strike me as a contrarian troll, just someone that's kind of dim, so perhaps she's being a bit unfair. The review is really poorly written and thought out. It amazes me how OFCS' standards have declined. Armond White is smart, he's just a douche. RT and New York Press keep him for the ad revenue.

Anyway, weren't you that person who was so obsessed with Avatar? That's what I thought. *lol* back. The number of Pixar devotees doesn't excuse your personal attack. That he's reviewed it negatively just to be contrarian is your interpretation coz for you it seems like impossible for someone not to like TS3. That strikes my as very narrow minded. And what has my Avatar obsession to do with anything?

 Re: Toy Story on RT
He was a top critic at one point? I do know he's the head of the NYFCC. I wonder who he blew to do it. Was he always a real-life troll, or did he snap at some point?

Oh, I just assumed he was at one point because of his notoriety (and, yeah, the NYFCC thing).

 Re: Toy Story on RT
"Without a $50 million ad budget to make Jonah Hex seem important, the media feels free to trash it—doing so exposes their collusion with marketing and refusal to read film for personal reflection. True art is watching hot-chick Megan Fox (as Lilah the hooker) fearlessly staring at the most grotesque side of Jonah’s face as if coming to grips with her own exploitation. Beautiful and brilliant." -Armond White on Jonah Hex
The man is a fucking genius. You should probably all embrace his unparalleled art of critiquing.

Some of the comments on White's review are very hateful, ok, so maybe one doesn't have to like his review but calling him nigger and other stuff over it is just disgusting.

The thing with White is, he's a great writer, but he's also crazy and says a lot of stupid (but well-written!) shit.

The only thing funnier than Armond's reviews is the reaction to them.

 Re: Toy Story on RT
TS2 jumped to #1 on RT all time. 147/147 fresh reviews. They've added a few. Will Armond White add his reviews for TS and TS2???
Sooo, some of Armond White's fresh crop (mainly bigger movies, just so we could get an idea of what kind of a mainstream movie Mr. White likes): Jonah Hex (14% overall), Clash of the Titans (30%), G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra (35%), Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen (20%), Dance Flick (20%), Terminator: Salvation (32%), Confessions of a Shopaholic (22%), Bedtime Stories (25%), What Happens In Vegas (28%)
And the rotten crop: Toy Story 3 (99%), Iron Man 2 (73%), Shutter Island (67%), Sherlock Holmes (69%), Avatar (83%), Up In the Air (90%), The Princess and the Frog (84%), Inglorious Basterds (88%), District 9 (90%), 500 (Days of Summer) (87%), Up (98%), Star Trek (94%), Monsters vs. Aliens (72%), Slumdog Millionaire (93%), Vicky Cristina Barcelona (82%), Iron Man (93%)
Seriously, there's something wrong with him.

From Eclipse magazine!!
"I wish I could be one of the few to hate on this movie, it'd drive up my traffic numbers. But I can't, it has an Evil Stuffed Bear! Toy Story 3 is not perfect, but it's strong. This coming from a Pixar Hater."
lolol
