From my experience in cases like these both parties are guilty to a certain degree and there is no way to judge either to be "more" guilty. Courts however will judge based on evidence and apparently its taking them time to give out a ruling against either of the parties so I guess evidence is decent but inconclusive by both of them. |

Again, of course it was presented that way. As that's all the information we knew. We still know very little. Amber clearly has her defenders, and Depp clearly has his. The only difference is Depp fans have been calling Amber a bitch and a whore since the beginning. |

I gotta say that Johnny Depp getting beaten up by a girl is more believable than him being some sinister serial spouse abuser. I guess I don't really know the guy, but when we heard about Weinstein, Spacey, etc... it was like "oh yeah, I can see that." |
