Post Screenshots: R.10 Due Thurs. 8 PM E
I'll put the first shots and the real title up sometime after five eastern, when I'm off work.

Anyone know what number this is? I doubt I'll find a film title worth using, since I'm pretty sure there's been more than ten of em, but I'm curious still.

Edit - I'm gonna just edit them into this post, so check back here.

I think this is eight or nine? Are we counting Gulli's? That might make it number ten. I'm not sure. I was six.

I just checked Gulli's...it is labeled Ten, which makes Makeshift 11 and Squee 12.

I think I'm gonna just go with "Screenshot Game 37: In a Row."

First round is up.

Still dunno what I wanna call it though. :O : (

I'm terrified that this is way too easy. : ( Also, deciding points is tough, cuz I have no idea what people here are familiar with or not. I think both of the two pointers, for example, are probably more like one point shots...but maybe that's just because I know the films so well? I hope?

Anyway, get toot, folx.

hahaha, yeah. I couldn't decide which screenshot was prettiest, so I made a gif. :O :o :O

(for the record, that's probably NOT exactly what appears in the film...either its missing colors, or the orders are wrong or whatever. I just threw it together to incorporate all the shots in one.)

And you should just call this 'kypade screenshot' or something else appropriately wacky.

I'm fairly confident #1 is from Flight of the Navigator.

As for the rest... Flight of the Navigator?

Hmm... It didn't look like an Indiana Jones movie to me... :-k *double checks answer*

I stopped worrying about that after answers started coming in. : (

I think it's just hard to separate yourself from the shots as a host...or maybe I'm just not objective enough to do so.

I find the screenshots to be fine.

In fact, I prefer it if they are on the harder side and investigation is necessary.

Also, if you find these hard, wait until you see the ones I have selected for the next game.

I'm not much into research and investigation. To me, it's more fun to try to figure it out without searching. I'd almost prefer a "real time" game where you only have a minute to type your guess.

To have both type of games would be the best solution, but the biggest problem with a 'real time' game would be that there are players from different time zones. I don't remember who it was (I think it was makeshift) that recently posted bonus rounds to the first player to identify a screenshot, but he always posted those while I was sleeping. :grrr:

My game will be hard, but I'm working on a hint system that, although investigation is needed, will allow some to identify movies even if they haven't seen them.
