Names I'm happy to see on the list: Brad Pitt, Al Pacino, Dakota Fanning, Kurt Russell, and Michael Madsen. I think Dakota Fanning was born to be in a Tarantino flick. Super talented, super cool, can do sweet and instantly turn to feisty. Love her.

No i think the film will be very sympathetic towards Sharon and the murders will be shown off screen. Probably with the characters realizing what's about to happen and racing to the house only to find they're already dead, or something like that. I would die if Tom Cruise was secretly cast as Charles Manson and hidden from ads. It was rumoured he would be in it.

Re: Tarantino's 9th Film to be Based on Charles Manson That's the thing about Tarantino though. He's never gone serious. I mean focusing on the Manson Family killers and electrifying them is totally in his wheelhouse. My thought is that you don't cast Margot Robbie if you aren't going to use her.
Like Clint Eastwood's version of this would be so much more IMO. He will no doubt throw a curveball. It's definitely the most tragic thing he has tackled yet. She was only 2 weeks from her due date when it happened (16 stabs) And they didn't care! Has a Natural Born Killers feel to it (Which Tarantino has always been bitter about)
