Re: Disenchanted finds new director, moving forward I think this makes sense as a "Ten years have passed since the last movie" sort of scenario. The original Enchanted was delightful (primarily thanks to Adams) and I think they could manage to avoid screwing this one up.
If Idina Menzel returns and she doesn't sing, I'm going to riot though. Who casts her in a musical and decides against giving her a musical number?

Re: Disenchanted finds new director, moving forward I am not a fan of the original Enchanted, so Disenchanted has nowhere else to go but up!
My biggest question is:
Will Adam Shankman redeem himself from Rock of Ages and return to his Hairspray glory?
(He also directed two other great movies: A Walk To Remember & The Wedding Planner.)
