 Rank the Star Wars Protagonists! Who is the most compelling protagonist in the Star Wars franchise? Luke is the only great one, IMO, but Qui Gon and Rey are well portrayed. Anakin isn't that great. Jyn Erso is completely forgettable.
1. Luke (IV-VI)
2. Qui-Gon (I)
3. Rey (VII)
4. Anakin (II-III)
5. Jyn Erso (III.5)
And this is just main characters, so no Han, Leia, Obi Wan, etc, because they were never the main character.
