There have been 30 or so Batmobiles. I'm sorry bABA, if you want to get technical, look at the first appearance in Batman's mythos from the 1930s of the Batmobile. Nolan's Batmobile does not FIT under your definition of the Batmobile either.

ALL interpretation. Stop trying to define Nolan's vision of Batman as the definitive one when IT IN NO WAY IS. Neither is Burton's. They are all part of a larger puzzle which is Batman.
