Consider all of the movies I picked back in the pool. I'm done with this game. Sorry for this. Have fun (most of you) guys!

Whatever, drama queen.

So what happens now? Shall we carry on as normal and just skip whenever _axiom is supposed to play? Then at the end of the game just give him the 6 remaining films that nobody else picked?

If you all agree, then it is SolC9's double pick next...

I'm not in this group, but that seems the best way to finish it here.

Wow. What happened _axiom? Algren has said worse than this many times and it wasn't in any way offensive.
I hope you can complete your picks so that others can continue without hassle.

What happened was that he was not interested right from the get-go. Pair that with a poor selection of choices and it was an easy decision for him to quit but make it look like something else.

I say just calm down and finish out your picks but in a timely manner. You can do it from your cell phone at any time ya know and just use BOM release dates to help you decide.

He isn't going to change his mind. Let him be a baby.

SolC9 can just go next (2 picks), then Corpse, and so on..

We will give _axiom 24 hours to change his mind, at which point anyone can draft for him. He cannot just quit but he doesn’t have to actively participate

What do you mean anyone can draft for him? You mean in the normal order? Why can't you just leave him out until there are 6 films left, and then he just gets all of those. Otherwise there's no penalty for his childish and discourteous behaviour.

And giving 24 more hours when it is clear he won't change his mind is needlessly holding things up even more, and EXACTLY what he wants.

Grow a pair, zwack!

zwackerm's running the game, so we'll wait until 11am CDT Saturday (a little under 23 hours from now), to give _axiom a chance to change his mind. If he hasn't, we'll skip his picks until the end and give him the 6 undrafted films.

You don't have to wait. I'm really tired of having to deal with Algren's poisonous approach to this forum. If he's not hijacking threads by redefining the theme of the thread just so he can build up number of posts, he's just being nasty and spitting what he thinks are quips but are just pointless (and rather dumb) exercises in bullying.

Luckily for him this forum has been dead for years so he gets away with it and will until he remains the only one here. In the meantime he will probably gain right to create threads in Everyone's a Critic so he can create threads just for himself and post reviews. There are probably less than a handful of his posts that aren't trolling, baiting, being verbally abusive or just plain post stacking (when he thinks he's being cool and young and posts several posts in a row in matter of minutes - instead of editing and keeping it clean).

Sorry all for this, but I think I'm done with this forum. I had very nice time here, but these last few years have been a choir thanks to you know who.

I figured you guys could give him bad films on purpose. But if you want to skip him and give him the remainder that’s fine too.

Oh no, don't give up because of Algren. He's not worth it. Just ignore it when he's trolling.

SolC9, you might as well pick because he's not changing his mind.

C'mon, let's get on with this. The other group is almost done.

I feel like it would taint the game if we just gave his team the worst films possible. So I will pick Madea for him.

Yeah, it's not great. But that's what happens when you pick last in this flawed game. I'm hoping for some beginner's luck.
