Post subject: | Question About Fellini |
I just watched Fellini: I'm a Born Liar. They showed a clip from a color film that featured two men and a girl in a bed getting ready for a menage a trois. Does anyone know the name of the film? Thanks |

haha, sorry Dolce. A color clip, young somewhat attractive cast. Looked like a period piece, the guys didnt have shirts on, the girl was being undressed. Not costumes per say but greek or roman undergarments. |

I'm putting down money it was his Satyricon, since the Roman.Greek gave it away. Had you said French Courtly clothing, it would have been Casanova. Give me something harder. Can this be the test dolce's knowledge of Fellini thread? Up for grabs, Open City (sciptwriter) Variety Lights I Vitelloni La Strada The Nights of Cabiria La Dolce Vita Histories Extrodinaire (One Poe Short) 8 1/2 Satyricon The Clowns Roma Giullieta of the Spirits And the Ship Sails on Orchestra Rehearsal Ginger and Fred City of Women Intervista (next one I'm doing an official review for) Casanova Voice of the Moon Hmmm, I know for certain I've not seen the White Sheik or Il Bidone because I've never even found them anywhere, and sadly, have yet to get my hands on an undubbed version of Amarcord *cries for shame* but I think I've seen the rest of 'em. ![]() |

Thanks.I'm always happy when I can help someone witha question like that, especially when it comes to i directori ilaliani...cause if i couldn't, I'd feel like the facade I've so carefully nurtured would be shattered, and everyone would realize I have no idea what I'm talking about. Thank goodness it remained in tact this time around. ![]() How was I'm a born liar/ i remember when it came to boston and showed for only one day at brattle street theatre during a fellini film festival. i didn't get to see it but wanted to dearly. they had one for marcello as well that i want to see called i remember. I think. Anyways, its clear the movie includes footage, etc, how are fellini's musings? does he cover Intervista? |
