My Asian Horror Fest (Now Until ... ?)
I've found a new niche I'd like to see more of. Lecter got me interested originally with Shutter about a year ago or so. Tonight, I saw The Eye and its first sequel (aptly titled) The Eye 2. I've now got several queued up on Blockbuster, any suggestions?

Kairo (Pulse) C
Shutter A
The Eye B
The Eye 2 C+
Ringu B-
Audition B
Remakes
Pulse D
The Ring A-
The Ring Two B-
The Grudge C
On My Queue
Whispering Corridors/Whispering Corridors 2/Whispering Corridors 3
Nightmare
Ju-On/Ju-On 2/Ju-On The Grudge/Ju-On The Grudge 2
Three...Extremes

I think "The Host" is out on DVD in the USA next month, thats a movie you should check out.
The Thai horror "Art of the Devil 2" is another one. Very bloody not actually sure if it had a USA release.

I would skip Pulse and the Eye series. Those were extremely boring. However 3 X-tremes is a must see

Already saw them. I liked The Eye/The Eye 2 overall though the sequel was very weak in comparison.

Just watched the original version of Ringu tonight. Honestly, I wasn't that impressed. This is one where I'd say the American remake was much, much better. I'm shocked to say that actually.

Picked up Ringu 2 tonight and will watch that along with Audition.
I'll probably finish up the Ringu series (Ringu 0: Birthday and Rasen) next weekend...

There is also One Missed Call 2, Face (2004) and Marebito, although this last one was shot in just 8 days and it's a lil strange sometimes. Check out A Tale of Two Sisters, that one I liked a lot.

Thanks Dr. Lecter, it is on my queue.
And Mr. Price thank you! I couldn't remember the name of one of those (Tale of Two Sisters) but I knew I had heard a lot about it and wanted to see it.

Ah, A Tale of Two Sisters is very good as well, extremely creepy at times, though not really scary. Very ambigous too.
Still, nothing has topped Shutter to me yet
