I saw a TV spot for the Elisha Cuthbert/Camilla Belle thriller directed by Jamie Babbit that said the film is playing in LA and New York now but opens wide Friday. Is that true? How wide are we talking because I really want to see it?

I heard like 200 theaters.

It will probably have a disastrous PTA, considering its PTA last weekend was under $4,000 in 7 theaters.

I was shocked to see it opening at my local art house this weekend considering I had heard nothing about it.

I'll probably see it.
