Anyone seen it?

It's got to be one of the most, if not the top most, bizarre film I have ever seen. It's not quite a documentary but it's based on true accounts of a town in Wisconsin 1890 that seemed to go insane...

Between 1890 and 1900, people killed their parents, spouses, siblings, themselves, burned buildings, obsessively shattered windows. And they all seem to be isolated events. The film is just as bizarre as the events it's based on but in some ways I found it be a beautiful film.
