I am surprised by the omissions of Belle and Mr. Turner, especially the former. I'm guessig The Grand Budapest Hotel, Birdman and Into the Woods will win.
So, Interstellar is contemporary...hmmmm.

Re: Costume Design Guild nominations If Boyhood somehow gets a nom here at the Oscars, that'll officially signal the all-out love for it. I'm suspecting it'll grab a surprise nom somewhere beyond the 6 sure ones to just signal that, like Score for The Hurt Locker.

I mean The Departed was obviously pretty loved too (and I never doubted it would win BP, unlike some), yet it ended up with just five noms, despite PLENTY of opportunities to give it something else.
