 Re: ASC Nominations
Grand Budapest continues to be strong. No Gone Girl. Think Selma will replace someone (Mr. Turner?) at the Oscars.

 Re: ASC Nominations
No Gone Girl. I wonder how many nominations Unbroken will get. Would be hilarious if Jolie sneaks in. Budapest Hotel continues building momentum. Even though Best Actor is really competitive I won't rule out Ralph Fiennes getting in the mix if the Academy is in love with the movie.

 Re: ASC Nominations
Mr. Turner should make it at the Oscars. The Imitation Game might be snubbed. Or at least it should be. It appears that the only reason it is on this list is because it is a BIG OSCARS PEDIGREE FILM. C'mon, there was nothing special about its conematography. Nightcrawler, Interstellar, Gone Girl all had better cinematography.

 Re: ASC Nominations
They nominated the best photographed film of 2014 (Mr. Turner), so I am pleased.

 Re: ASC Nominations
In that case I am surprised that Interstellar is not present.

 Re: ASC Winner
Of course Birdman won. Lubezki now tied with Conrad L. Hall for most ASC wins ever.
