Since Paramount is apparently nuts and sent out no screeners for Selma to the guilds, it is safe to assume that Ava DuVernay won't be nominated.
Wes Anderson, Richard Linklater and Alejandro González Iñárritu should be locks. The remaining two spots will be between Morten Tyldum, James Marsh, Dan Gilroy, Clint Eastwood, Damien Chazelle and David Fincher. Fincher has got the best shot. The fifth spot is wide open. I'm gonna guess Tyldum, though I could alo see Gilroy surprising.

W. Anderson Eastwood Fincher González Iñárritu Linklater
I agree Fincher will get in. The fifth spot is insanely open. I would not even entirely rule out Nolan.

Re: So...what will DGA look like?
It'd be the first time since that DGA would nominate someone whose film missed at the PGA since the PGA has ten nominees... If Eastwood is in here, then American Sniper and Eastwood will certainly get Oscar nods.
Also, I firmly believe that Gone Girl is probably in the third spot of the Oscar race right now, with Selma on the decline. It actually has a whole lot going for it. It is strong in the technical categories, it will have an acting nom, it will get BP/BD noms and its screenplay has a great shot at winning. It has an overdue director and it is a huge financial hit that will most likely be the highest-grossing BP nominee this year. While Birdman is obvuiously ahead of it in the race, I can not imagine Birdman winning BP in any year. It'Äs just not that kind of film. Without Boyhood, Gone Girl probably could have had a shot, duking it out with The Imitation Game (if Selma really is dead).
