David wrote: No one here has seen Anna Karenina. ![]() ![]() But don't worry, it will still be nominated for a few WOKJ awards, if past history is any indication. |

I've seen everything except the documentary category, everything in the animated category except Brave (I'm catching up on those very soon), and everything in the foreign film category except Amour. |

How did you see Kon-Tiki? |

Post subject: | Re: Which of this nominated movies have you seen? |
I guess my answer was a bit confusing. Haha. I've only seen Amour from the Foreign Film category, only Brave from the animated one, and none of the documentaries. I've seen everything other than that. |

I have seen everything except for: 5 BROKEN CAMERAS THE GATEKEEPERS HOW TO SURVIVE A PLAGUE THE INVISIBLE WAR SEARCHING FOR SUGAR MAN CHASING ICE NO A ROYAL AFFAIR WAR WITCH BTW, Kon-Tiki is really good. I am seeing A Royal Affair next, I hope. That's probably the only one I'll see before the Oscars of the remaining films. I had a chance to see No two months ago, but foolishly, I passed. |

David wrote: Algren wrote: Seen all except for: ZERO DARK THIRTY ANNA KARENINA PROMETHEUS ![]() You'll be pleased. Anna Karenina is on pps! I want to watch it, but it just looks so boring. You know, I'm not a big fan of traditional period movies like Pride & Prejudice and Jane Eyre. |
