Operating on the assumption Paul Thomas Anderson and Michael Haneke are pipe dreams at this point, there are seven men and women in serious contention for Best Director this year:

Ben Affleck, Argo
Kathryn Bigelow, Zero Dark Thirty
Tom Hooper, Les Misérables
Ang Lee, Life of Pi
David O. Russell, Silver Linings Playbook
Steven Spielberg, Lincoln
Quentin Tarantino, Django Unchained

Which two will miss, in your opinion?

Hooper is not happening, at all. They snubbed Baz for Moulin Rouge, and pretty much every criticism for Les Miz has been aimed squarely at Hooper. I'd rank PTA above him right now, maybe even Haneke.

After that, I'd say Russell. Affleck, Bigelow and Spielberg are locked, and Lee and Tarantino are just bigger names with showier work.

Hooper is out.

I like Spielberg, Bigelow, Affleck, Tarantino and Russell. My darkhorse is Wes Anderson. I think Moonrise will be the more popular of the Anderson films and it's just as director heavy
