Re: WGA Eligibity Update I don't get why some of these were eliminated for these categories. Is Martha Marcy May Marlene based on a true story or something? I'm sure things like that have happened, yes, but to my knowledge the screenplay is an original.

Re: WGA Eligibity Update So....basically if your script is adapted from another medium, it is not eligable.
And...if you're play is remotely based off something else, then it is not eligable from original?

Re: WGA Eligibity Update It's my understanding this has nothing to do with the content the screenplays themselves and everything to do with whether the writers are WGA members or not.
