 Will Drive be a contender for anything?

Post Will Drive be a contender for anything?
I haven't seen it, but the reviews are terrific. Would it be possible for it to score any nominations for anything? Maybe in a technical category? Or Best Supporting Actor for Albert Brooks?

Brooks has a shot if only because the Supporting Actor category is uncharacteristically wide open, but no shot at a win.

Personally, I think Drive's strongest attribute is the sound design. Very well composed and edited, but with such a low budget and bigger nominations unlikely I think even these tech categories are a long shot.

If they campaign for him. I hope there's a campaign for the film. Honestly I'd rather see Gosling nominated for this than Ides of March, even if I haven't seen that yet ;). He was just too damn good in this.

I agree. It deserves to be nominated for that one flippin' gunshot alone. Everyone in the theater jumped.
