Hurray for Meryl. Too often it seems the awards system just says "Well she has enough awards" or else "eh, we expect a great performance from her". If she's the best in that year she should get it. |

Ehh, I still think that her turn in Julie & Julia is one of her weaker performances this decade. She was better in The Devil Wears Prada and Doubt. |

Well, Avatar losing Score is somewhat of a surprise. I am glad Waltz won, though. But his speech was terrible...whatever he was trying to say. |
