Post subject:  The KJ Top 10 Lists
I think we have one every year, so we should get started for this year as well.

As we make our way into 2009 and more of us have seen enough films to make a top 10 list we are comfortable with, I will compile them all to make a KJ Users Top 10.

I know there is always debate as to when to start submitting since some of us won't see certain films we want to for much longer than others. I honestly don't think it should be that big an issue. Post your top 10 and if you decide to change it, go back and edit your post. Every time I update I will go through ALL the post and look at the last edited time-stamp. I try to update it every few days or when alot of changes and additions have been posted.

Please post your top 10 in only one post. If you have a newer version, go back and edit the original post. Trust me, this makes the job easier for me rather than having someone post twice and confuse me.

I think this is pretty much it. I've thought about moving Dear Zachary and Låt den rätte komma in into the Top 10 but I really don't want to move anything out.

Haven't seen many movies this year, i wouldn't be surprised if I saw less than 10 movies at the cinemas this year.

1) The Dark Knight (easily #1)
2) James Bond: Quantum Of Solace
3) Iron Man
4) Sex And The City (did not see in cinemas)
5) Juno

I will probably only see 1 more movie in cinemas for the remainder of the year.....The Curious Case of Benjamin Button....which i'm hoping to see in Boxing Day.

This has been an overall forgettable year for movies for me....pretty borring with the exception of The Dark Knight.

Here it finally is! This has also got to be my most complete and well rounded Top 10 ever. Only The Wrestler didn't earn a solid A from me, but it is damn close.

1/30 Update: The 2nd viewing of Frost/Nixon won me over like no movie has this year. Fuck all that say its good, but is just nothing special. This is fucking film making at its finest! :rockon:

Chronological changes of the list as I possibly add/remove the movies.
Dec 20th 2008 / 1st posting / Comparing my TOP 10 just to the one I had a week or so ago, considerable changes can be seen. JCVD and The Visitor got into the upper part of the list, and Australia grabbed the first spot, also being the first movie this year I gave the perfect score.
Jan 2nd 2009 / edit / Bigger Stronger Faster* enters the list in third place. In Bruges makes a departure.

You know, I just watched Snow Angels this past week and I just didn't quite get it. I was waiting for it to draw me in more than it did. And was there an overarching theme because I couldn't sense one.

yay for Pineapple Express. too bad I think it's gonna get bumped out of my top 10 with the few more films I have left to see...
