I really hope Ellen Page doesn't pick up lots of wins. It's not her that I can't stand, but the people supporting her are starting to really piss me off. That, plus the fact that Christie and Cotillard were infinitely better. |

I'm actually mildly excited. I'm hoping for some sort of interesting win here tonight. Like, say, Ellen Page winning. I still haven't seen Away from Her and La Vie en Rose (I really need to get on that), but I feel like Page winning would certainly add an interesting dimension to the Best Actress race. |

Madsen, Church, Scorsese for Aviator and so on and so forth. So Christie, No Country, Coens, Day-Lewis, Ryan, and Bardem are smelling fresh at the moment. |
