Recognition for both Mean Girls AND Garden State. Very happy about Garden State. |

Yep, Hotel Rwanda is finally showing guild strength, while Ray and Finding Neverland would've locked up their bid with an appearance here but didn't, making the race for the last 2 spots more interesting. Lack of love for Closer continues. I thought it had a good shot with screenplay, but I'm not sure any more. BTW, these are great nominees. Before Sunset, Garden State, Mean Girls. It's nice that they remember them. |

Woohoo! Mean Girls got a nom, similarly to Clueless, which also did. |

Surprisingly no Closer, Ray or Finding Neverland. Nice to see Hotel Rwanda gaining steam. Eternal Sunshine and Sideways will win, methinks. |

It saddens me that Closer isn't getting the acclaim it deserves. It's such a good movie. ![]() |

Hotel Rwanda's nom here, really strengthens its oscar chances ![]() Eternal Sunshine, Sideways and Before Sunset are all locks, in my opinion for an oscar nom. |
