Funny how a majority of these critics circles have awarded Brokeback Mountain the best movie of the year, but we rarely see it as #1 on individual critics' lists that are being released.

Felicity Huffman is doing great.

Phoenix is getting further and further behind Ledger and Hoffman in the race.

Amy Adams should have her nom assured.

The Best Sup. Actor race seems to be between Giamatti (for one of his rather worse performances, funnily enough) and Clooney.

Munich needed this one to remain in contention. Now I think Black Hawk Down is its best case scenario.

I still think it'll be nominated, even with all these snubs (not even top 10 material for both of these groups? :wacko: ).. but it won't win, that's for sure. Even Good Night, Kong(if nominated) and Walk the Line have better chances now, or so it seems..
