2046 Breakfast on Pluto Brokeback Mountain The Constant Gardener Domino Kings & Queen Lord of War Munich Oliver Twist Yes
And The Proposition, though this is on my 2006 top ten because of its U.S. release date. Domino and Munich are the only great ones among those, though Brokeback Mountain and Lord of War are very good.

Batman Begins or Serenity were the best of 2005. Pretty weak year for "prestige" dramas.
I'd still say Birdman was better than Crash, but not by much.

My faves of 2005 (though obviously no one agrees, lol.)
Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire (easily the worst Potter film, but still the world is so magical, and its fucking Harry Potter. Even the shittiest Harry Potter thing is great ) The Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe (such a great story, so magical, if only it had been kept up for an entire series like originally planned.

Yep, nobody agrees. Though Goblet of Fire is the most enjoyable Harry Potter, if there is such a thing.
