Argo got Best Editing (Drama), Silver Linings Playbook won Best Editing (Comedy).

Les Misérables won at the Cinema Audio Society for Best Sound.

Brave won at both. It should be about equal with Wreck-It Ralph in the race.

Argo is so strong, it's not even funny.

Nobody even seems to like Argo that much yet the critics/awards adore it. It's odd.

Nonono, that is wrong. You get that impression from spending a lot of time here, but in fact, audiences love Argo. I went to my first Argo screening with eight friends. Seven of them LOVED it (as in "one of the year's best"), the 8th "only" liked it a lot. Went to see it the second time with my girlfriend and another friend. Both loved it. The film also got the very rare "A+"-CinemaScore certainly showeing that audiences DO love it. And look at those legs! WoM is terrific.

So basically, outside of WOKJ it is extremely beloved and, hell, even for all the WOKJ hate, it did manage noms for Best Picture/Best Director here against Django, hehe.

I suppose you're right.

Also Argo won BFCA, one with the most number of critics among the critics groups. The notion that only industry showered Argo with love is certainly false.
